It is a fruitful year for foreign intelligence work with support of 6.39 million RMB from the State, implementing two 111 Projects (Higher Institution Talent Importing Project for Disciplinary Innovation), two Overseas Master Projects, and 13 joint scientific research programs. 95 long-term foreign faculties activate the campus in different fields and more than 800 person-times short-term experts make academic lectures. Among them, one wins Honorary Citizen of Shanghai, and the other two Shanghai Magnolia Awards of 2009.
