2005年11月，德国黑森州教育部长考茨先生来访同济大学之际，向我校赠送一个2006前往该州高校参加国际暑期班（ISU）的奖学金名额。暑期班为期四周，从2006年7月中旬至8月中旬，具体时间各大学稍有不同。
今年有五所大学开设国际暑期班，大学和暑期班名单如下：

The Matrix of the 21st Century"
FH Fulda:
"Social Developments in Germany and Europe"
Universität Gie?ßen
"Commercializing Biotechnology in Europe's Legal Environment"
Universität Frankfurt:
"The European Union - Economic Enlargement and Institutional Framework"
Phillips Universität Marburg:
"Europe and its global neighbours - the role of culture, economics and politics in a Single World"

该奖学金包括国际暑期班的学费、在德的住宿费和膳食补贴。国际旅费自理。

申请截至日期为2006年3月20日。
