To facilitate research on preparation of the National Medium- and Long-Term Program for Science and Technology Development 2021-2035 as well as to engage the wisdom of the science and technology community, of the industry and of all sectors of society, it is decided that we will seek advice from the public on the preparation of the Program for the new term so that the new program will meet the development requirements of the new era, embody the spirit of reform and opening up of China, focus on the national strategic needs, and stimulate market vitality.
