Dear Students:
At present, the prevention and control of pneumonia epidemic caused by the novel coronavirus is the most important task. Tongji University firmly put the safety and health of students and teachers in the first place. The following requirements are raised in accordance with the university’s latest regulations.
1、Without application and official approval, none of the students are allowed to return to campus earlier than the yet-to-be-announced beginning date of the spring semester.
2、Keep in touch with your supervisor or program coordinator of your department, and keep them informed of your latest situation.
3、Pay close attention to the university’s website and WeChat. Check your email frequently, and keep yourself available via phone to learn latest messages and information.
4、For students who live on campus, it is strongly suggested that students leave and enter the campus and dormitories only when necessary. Please avoid participating in group activities. When dining in campus canteens, follow the dining arrangements and keep reasonable space.
5、For students who live off campus, please learn and follow the requirements and regulations of the university and the local community. Avoid going out as well as gatherings, and enhance the consciousness of self-protection.
6、For students who are currently outside PRC, please comply with coronavirus-related prevention requirements and regulations of the host country and enhance the consciousness of self-protection.
