On February 28th, the grand opening of ‘China Software Testing Qualification Board (CSTQB)’ was held in the International Conference Center in Jiading Campus of Tongji University. The standing bureauof CSTQB was set in College of Software Engineering of Tongji.
Attendants to the ceremony include Mr. Chen Chong, director of China Software Industry Guild, Prof. Ju Dehua from CEPREI Certification Body, and delegates from Shanghai Information Committee. Participants proposed constructive suggestions to the development of CSTQB and held a wide discussion on detailed operation system of CSTQB.
As the only authorized organization by International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) in China, CSTQB is an opportunity for the internationalization and standardization of China’s software testing industry and can be considered as the launch of the CSTQB in China. The set up of CSTQB will also improve cooperation between China and foreign countries.
