Jointly organized by Tongji College of Communication and Art, College of Architecture and Urban Planning (CAUP), Journalism School of Fudan University, Department of French Language, French Robert Schumann University (Strasbourg No.3 University), the “Overseas Teaching Program 2006” held the achievement exhibition in CAUP on the afternoon of May 29th.
During the exhibition, Chinese and French teachers and students listened to the broadcasting, watched videos, and distributed, read “New D’ill”, a magazine recording teaching practice. All the achievement will be published or broadcasted in Chinese and French media. This cooperation is a new form of communication and cooperation, a platform of developing media talents for China and France, as well as a new window for French people to know Shanghai.
Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg signed a collegiate cooperative agreement with Tongji in December 2004. The school is famous for its Journalism Education Center in French journalism education field. The “Overseas Teaching Programm” is a featured teaching mode, having been held in many countries. It is the third time for the center to choose Shanghai for the destination of the program, and choose Fudan and Tongji as its cooperative partner. This internship program take Shanghai’s food industry and sustainable development as the theme, and divide into three teams of broadcasting, TV and magazine to further the inspection. Students from Tongji College of Communication and Art, Journalism School of Fudan University, Department of French Language have fully engaged in the five-week-long practice, carry out inspections about Shanghai’s food industry and sustainable development with French students.
