On September 25th, "Microsoft Together with You" - the delegation of Microsoft Research Center Asia(MSR)walked into Jiading Campus, attracting over 600 teachers and students from College of Electronic and Information Engineering, College of Software Engineering.
Xia Zengling, liu Xiagnwen from the core team of MSR held talks with members of Tongji-Microsoft Tech Club in the morning. And in the evening, Shen Xiangyang, dean of MSR, made a lecture for Tongji students, introducing new research achievements that the MSR has made recently.
As the world top scientific research organization devoted to fundamental study of computer science and technical innovation, MSR strives to develop advanced computer technology to change human being's information life. Its department of college relationship is a bridge between MSR and colleges and research institutes in China and abroad. Besides, this campus visit is to launch its internship program, providing more opportunities to students who wish to work in Microsoft.
