On the afternoon of November 12th, the second session of expert commission, titled “Research on Advanced Medical Management and Service in Shanghai —— an example of Sino-Deutsche Hospital of Amicability ” was held in the Sino-French Center, Tongji University. President of Tongji Mr. Wan Gang presided over the conference. Many executive leaders honored the conference: Mr. Zhang Wenkang, member of Central Committee of CPC, and former minister of the Ministry of Health, and Mr. Yang Xiaodu, member of Shanghai Municipal Standing Committee, and head of United Front Work Department, Mr. Chen Zhirong, director and Party chief of CPC of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Health, Mr. Chen Jianping, dean of the Development Center of Shanghai ShenKang Hospital and vice president of Tongji Mr. Chen Xiaolong.
