On Jan. 5th, the ceremony on which the former Germany Consul General Shanghai Dr. Rui Wufeng was awarded the consultant professor of Tong Ji University was held in Sino-Germany Institution. President Wan and the Germany Consul General Shanghai Dr. Hai Dun attended the meeting.
Whereafter, Dr. Rui Wufeng gave a speech entitled “look forward to the future”, in which he shared his experiences in foreign communications with the teachers and students from Sino-Germany Institutions and Engineering Institution.
