April 23rd, the President Wan Gang met the President Delegation of Canada Alberta University in Yi Fu Building. The President Wan first introduced the historical development of Tong Ji, and then pointed out that both universities have many similarities, thus we could exchange and cooperate in various fields, such as environment and civil engineering. The President of Alberta university indira samarasekera congratulated tong ji on its 100thanniversary and invited President Wan to visit Alberta University whenever it is convenient. After the talk the Delegation was shown around the College of Environmental Science and Engineering.
