National Science and technology Award conference of 2007 was held In Beijing, on which four items independently accomplished by or concerned with the scientific research group of our university won this award: one first prize, three second prizes.
Among these four awarded items, one is independently accomplished by our university and in the other three our university is a cooperation unit. ‘Development of localized intelligent greenhouse and its supporting facilities including environmental control system’, as an item independently accomplished, and led by Wu Qidi, and nearly ten scholars involved including Xu Lihong and Shu Yu, won second prize. In the other three, ‘key techniques of East China Sea Bridge project and its application’ won the first prize; ‘intelligent inducible system of urban transportation and its key techniques’ and ‘research on techniques and control measures of biological removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in municipal sewage’, the second prize.
