February 21st, nearly 40 overseas students from more than 10 countries including Germany, Japan, Mauritius, etc, attended the opening ceremony of “Folk Art and Culture festival” and show hosted by the local government in Huang Du Town of Jiading District, celebrating Chinese traditional Lantern Festival.
