Ph. D Candidate of Tongji University Invited to the General Assembly of German Nobel Prize Laureates

Sang Tian, a Ph. D. candidate of Physics Department of Tongji University has been short-listed for General Assembly of German Nobel Prize Laureates held in Lindau after stringent assessment procedure. In July, 2008, Sang Tian will attend the 58thGeneral Assembly with other outstanding Ph. D. candidates all over the world.

The General Assembly has been held once every year since 1951. The Nobel Prize Laureates together with academicians, Ph. D. candidates and young scientists selected world wide explore the scientific world in very July. Each year, 25 Ph. D candidates are selected from China to attend the meeting, and also 7-day tour to German universities and research institutions.
