On February 28th, Prof. Zhou Zuyi, Executive Vice President of the university met the delegation of France Thales Navigation. Officials of International Cooperation and Exchange Office and Sino-French College were present at the meeting as well.
During the meeting, Prof. Zhou Zuyi introduced the history and present situation of our university to the guests, and Mr. Bruno Nouzille, Vice President of Thales Navigation introduced the general situation of his company. Thales Navigation has provided scholarships for several students from Sino-French College of the university. He expected to launch deep cooperation with our university now because of the rapid development in China. Prof. Zhou Zuyi expressed thanks for the donation and hoped to expand the cooperation on scientific research between the two parties.
After the talks, the delegacy visited the Sino-French Center, CIMS Research Center and exchanged ideas with professors from School of Transportation Engineering and School of Electronics and Information of Tongji University.
