On March 11th, the Physiology and Pathophysiology Lab founded by Medical College of Tongji University and Medical College of University René Descartes was inaugurated in our university. Almost a hundred teachers and students including Present’s assistant Dong Qi and Prof. Ding Chuan from University René Descartes witnessed the unveiling ceremony. Prof. Ding Chuan was conferred the Adversary Professor of Tongji University.
The joint lab based on the research platform on physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacolofy of Preclinical Medicine College of our university was inaugurated at Tongji University and Medical College of University René Descartes respectively. It aimed at cultivation of doctoral candidates, exchange of researchers and cooperation on research. At the beginning of the year, our two graduate students were selected to study for Doctoral Degree in Medical College of University René Descartes.
Ding Chuan and Li Yongyu were nominated the lab deans of two parties. According to Li Yongyu, both parties were setting about the foundation of the Sino-French pathophysiology postdoctoral research station in the lab.
After the ceremony, Ding Chuan and other two French professors gave high-level academic reports respectively.
