On April 14th,High-Level Talents’ Intellectual Property ManagementTraining Classof State Intellectual Property Office held its opening ceremony in Tongji University. Tian Lipu, Director of State Intellectual Property Office, Pei Gang, President of Tongji University, Chen Zhixing, Director of Shanghai Intellectual Property Office and Tang Haidong, Deputy Head of Yangpu District attended the ceremony. Xiao Luqing, Director of Personnel Department, State Intellectual Property Office presided over the ceremony.
After the ceremony, Tian Lipu gave the first class: National Intellectual Property Strategy. Professional backbones of intellectual property from 22 provinces, cities and autonomous regions nationwide attended this training class. The trainees would receive a two-week training in College of Intellectual Property, Tongji University and participated in various teaching activities as intellectual property case trial hearing, spot investigation of enterprises, etc. After the training in Tongji, they would receive a three-week training course in Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, Germany.
