On October 21st, CPA Australia, one of the biggest profession groups of accounting in the world, held a certification ceremony of accounting curriculum at the auditorium of School of Economy and Management of Tongji University (TU) and declared that the bachelor curriculum of management (accounting profession) of TU obtained the certification of CPA Australia.
It is reported that CPA Australia has certificated accounting degree curriculum in a few famous universities of China, and it also kept close cooperation with Chinese Institute of Certificated Public Accountant for a long time and jointly developed international training program of accountants. This certification will predicate that all the graduates majoring in accounting in TU can apply for ASA. Then, they can apply for Australian CPA after passing the CPA program professional examination of CPA Australia and finishing the working experience plan of Mentor program.
