On the morning of February 23rd, University Vice-president Dong Qi met with Prof. Daniel COUTELLIER, Vice-President of Université de Valenciennes and Dean of ECOLE D’INGENIEUR with his staff at Sino-French Center. Both sides introduced the situation of their university and reached an agreement to start students and teachers exchange program in the fields of rail transportation and mechanical engineering. The two sides signed the cooperative agreement on high education and established mutually beneficial partnership in order to promote the communication between the two sides and gain international cooperation experience.
Later, the French guests met with 3 students who had been accepted by the French University and went to visit Rail Transportation Research Institute and Automobile College in Jiading Campus.
