On April 1st, the University Vice-President Chen Xiaolong met Dr. Hartung, Vice-President of Hochschul- Informations-System GmbH (HIS) and his delegation. The two sides exchanged ideas on informationization of university management.
HIS was founded in 1969, patronized by the Federal Republic of Germany government and State government. HIS aimed at provide universities with valid data support for their planning development. This corporation has developed a full set of information management system, which can be used in university students’ daily management, enrollment, examinations, financial affairs, capital construction, facilities, human resource, etc. HIS provided German colleges and universities with these information management software and professional services of management and statistics analysis free of charge.
