On May 20th, Dr. Bernd Eisenblätter, Managing Director of The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) and Honorary Professor of Tongji, visited Tongji University and gave a presentation on "The future city". Prof. Zhou Jialun, Chairman of the University Council, and Prof. Dong Qi, Vice President of Tongji University welcomed the guests.
During the meeting, Prof. Zhou thanked Dr. Eisenblätter for the support of GTZ for IBB of Tongji University and expressed the wish that the student exchange between Tongji, Germany and Southeast Asia could be increased. Dr. Eisenblätter was very confident about the future of the cooperation between Tongji and GTZ.
