On 11th November, Prof. Dong Qi, Vice President of Tongji University, met Mr. Franz M. Haniel, Supervisory Board Chairman of Haniel Group and his delegation, and attended the opening ceremony of the 4th Haniel Day. Prof. Dong thanked the Haniel Group for its continued support for Integration of Production-Learning-Research and stressed again the importance of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
Over 80 students took part in the traditional competition for the best business plan of the 4th Haniel Day. 16 Students from Tongji and Fudan-University entered the final with 4 business plans, namely "Green Plants Advertisements", "Garbage Recycling", "Idyllic Experience Museum" and "Twilight Apartment". The business plan "Twilight Apartment" won the competition finally.
