On the afternoon of April 7th 2011, Professor Joël ALLAIN, Director of ENSI de Bourges France visited Tongji University, discussed about the bilateral academic cooperation, especially double degree program and reciprocal student exchange, with our College of Mechanical Engineering, College of Electronics and Information Engineering, College of Environmental Science and Engineering.
The two institutions signed a bilateral cooperation agreement in May 2010.
