Ms.Katja Gentinetta, the host of TV program “Sternstunde Philosophie”, Swiss National Television, guested in “Tongji Master Forum”, and delivered a speech named “the rise of East from westerners’ perspective” to hundreds of teachers and students from the School of Political Science & International Relations in theComprehensiveBuilding.
As a westerner,Ms.Katja Gentinetta gave her perspective of the rise of East, and pointed out the importance of Sino-US cooperation for global problem solution. She also talked about Swiss in the current globalization in a special angel. During the interactive section, Ms. Katja Gentinetta answered the teachers and students’ questions patiently.
Ms.Katja Gentinetta is an expert on western social welfare with Doctor Degree in Political Science of Paris University. Before being a host in the Swiss National Television, she served as the director in the Strategy and Foreign Affairs Office of Switzerland Aargau government, and deputy director in strategy and planning department of Zurich-based think tank Avenir Suisse.
