Vice President Qi Dong met with the eight-people delegation from Lehigh University headed by Vice President Mohamed S. El-Aasser on Siping Campus and signed a Tongji-Lehigh MOU on Oct. 17, 2011. The delegation had a face-to-face talk with the representatives from the Office of Liberal Arts, the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, the School of Civil Engineering, the School of Environmental Engineering, the School of Foreign Languages, the School of Economics and Management, the School of Marxism, the School of Sciences and the International Office about the cooperation in terms of student and staff exchange, double degree program, joint research, joint workshop in concrete plan. They were also shown around the innovation base, shake table and wind tunnel lab in the School of Civil Engineering.
