On the afternoon of June 20th, Vice President Fang Shouen, Tongji University, met Prof. Marco Gilli, new Rector of Polytechnic of Turin and Vice-Rector Enrico Macii in Zonghe Building.
Vice President Fang Shouen first summarized the achievements reached in joint talent training between Tongji University and Polytechnic of Turin. He pointed out that the Politong Program is of great characteristic, and wish that it could get the consistent support from Polytechnic of Turin. He was confident that the Cooperation Agreement between Tongji University and Polytechnic of Turin signed today would create new opportunities for the future cooperation.
Afterwards, Rector Marco Gilli expressed that both parties should quicken the pace of research cooperation and that Polytechnic of Turin and Italian government would always support Tongji University and actively seek support from various parties. After the meeting，Vice President Fang Shouen accompanied Rector Marco Gilli visiting Sino-Italian Campus, and conferred diploma to the graduate students in double master degree of design.
