On the morning of 11st of December, National Natural Science Foundation Program of China, namely, “Design Principle Method and Model Reconstruction of China’s Emergency Management System （2013-2015）”, was officially launched in Yifu Building. Prof. HAN Chuanfeng, Deputy Dean of SEM, is mainly in charge of it.
