On May 24th, the US office of the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation(Tekes) took a visit to Sino-Finnish Centre. Vice President, Li Xin, Deputy Secretary of Tongji’s Youth League Committee, Liu Run and officers from Tekes’ US office exchanged experience on how to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship.
Vice President Li Xin introduced the Tongji Knowledge and Economics Circle and how it provided an interactive environment for cooperation among government, universities and companies. Liu Run introduced the interaction of research, education and industry by building the Tongji Entrepreneurship Valley, which will be the gathering place for start-ups, talents, sources and international innovative brains.
