The Journal of Urban Management (JUM)，for which Professor LAI Shigang acts as the founding editor-in-chief, has been collected by Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) and Scopus, journal database established by Elsevier, in its preparation to be included in SCI/SSCI/A-HCI. JUM is a multidisciplinary academic journal, the only one that bears the name of Urban Management in the Web of Science database. Targeting at complexities, planning, administration, regulations and governance (C-PARG) in urban management, the journal operated by Elsevier, the world's largest journal publisher, published regular and special issues.
