FU Zhiying, a training camp member and a 2019 master's student from the CAUP, opined that as a Tongji student who aspires to participate in internships in international organizations, it would only be through improving his personal qualities in all aspects that he could have the opportunity to stand on the international stage and contribute the wisdom and prowess of Tongji people. Camp member JIAO Ao, a 2020 undergraduate student of the Freshman College, believed he had greatly benefited from this training camp experience as it has broadened his knowledge, deepened his understanding of international organizations and therefore enabled him to perceive international-related issues from a higher perspective.

According to the event organizer, the training camp is yet another exploratory practice and tool by Tongji to further enrich students with an international vision and build a sustainable talent delivery system. In accordance with the "Notice of the Ministry of Education on Promoting Internship of Graduates from Colleges and Universities to International Organizations" and other related documents, Tongji has vigorously established rules and regulations, built a working team, increased the training of talents for internship in international organizations, and continuously promoted the "Student Employment Guidance Project". In recent years, nearly 30 Chinese students from the School of Marxism, CESE, SICIP, CAUP and other related schools have gone to international organizations for internships.
