On the afternoon of April 22, the sixth “Think Youth” exhibition of artworks (environment design) was held in the museum of Tongji University. ZHAO Lixia, deputy director of the Higher Education Department of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, GU Xianglin, Vice President of Tongji, and heads from the School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (SIE) of Tongji attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition. Also present at the ceremony were more than 100 teachers and students from over 30 universities. "The exhibition is organized by the CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee for Education and Health, and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. It aims to transform the city of Shanghai into a science and technology innovation center and a “design capital” so as to create an environment that stimulates cultural innovation and boosts prosperity in creative industries. The exhibition, which serves as a platform connecting students’ creativity and innovation with cultural industry parks, helps bringing students' artworks into products. The event has been held for six consecutive years since 2016 with the exhibition of environment design artworks hosted by Tongji University.

Interested Visitors
A total of 380 entries were received from 30 universities, including Tongji University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, East China Normal University, East China University of Science and Technology, and Donghua University. Among them, more than 130 artworks were awarded through strict evaluation with suggestions given to some of them for further improvement. A total of 15 pieces of Tongji students' works were exhibited, four of which won the first prizes.
