Up to December 2008, Tongji University has signed 24 cooperative agreements with French universities or écoles, and the School of Economics and Management of Tongji University has signed 13 students’ exchange or double degree cooperation agreements with French management schools or universities. Nowadays, Tongji University has already become one of the most active Chinese universities on Sino-French exchange and cooperation in the fields of education, research, culture, economics, etc. Furthermore, the newly-built Sino-French Center inaugurated on October 2006 now serves as the university level platform of all kinds of Sino-French exchange and cooperation activities.
