The “Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is an outstanding representation of Chinese bridges. We are proud that we Chinese have become masters of some core technologies.” On the evening of April 12, ZHU Yongling, the CPC Committee Secretary and former Director of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) Authority, distinguished alumni of Tongji University, returned to his alma mater to give a themed report on the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and a special, vivid and exciting ideological and political course for the teachers and students at Tongji.

Mr. ZHU, majoring in Road Engineering, graduated from the Department of Roads and Bridges, Tongji University, in 1982.
