June 25, 2020 was the day of Dragon Boat Festival, and time to taste rice in bamboo leaves, popular food for the Dragon Boat Festival in Chinese culture. Whether it is sweet in the north or salty in the south, rice in bamboo leaves brings with it the Chinese national spirit. On the eve of the Dragon Boat Festival, the Food Management Service Center (FMSC) of Tongji University Logistics Group made Tongji special gift boxes of handmade rice in bamboo leaves, which contains 10 different fillings.

The profound Chinese food culture ranges from "one does not object to the finest food" in the Analects of Confucius thousands of years ago to a popular national TV program " A Bite of China", from eating flour dumplings on the New Year's Day, and rice dumplings on Lantern Festival to rice in bamboo leaves for the Dragon Boat Festival, and moon cakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival. FMSC always prepares special food for students on the occasion of festivals in an attempt to inherit the Chinese twenty-four lunar culture with food production, and practise education through food service.
