Tongji University Mental Health Education and Counseling Center started to provide hotline counseling service from January 29 till the beginning of the spring semester 2020 to help you respond to the novel coronavirus outbreak with a stable state of mind and release your negative emotions caused by the epidemic. The hotline number is 18916383963 for working hours during 8: 30am - 11: 30am, 13: 30pm -17: 00pm Monday to Friday. In case of emergency during non-working hours, please turn to your tutor, parent, or friend for help without any delay.

In addition, the Center has opened a confidential message board for coronavirus prevention and control in its Wechat official account. Please follow the official account and leave your message if you need any confidential mental help. A professional psychological counselor will give response to your enquiry from Monday to Friday.
