On April 14, the award ceremony of the First Shanghai Micro-film Exhibition on Overall National Security Outlook for College Students was held in Shanghai, organized jointly by the Shanghai Municipal State Security Leading Group Office, Publicity Department of CPC Shanghai Committee, Shanghai Municipal Education and Health Commission of CPC Shanghai Committee, Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and Shanghai Municipal State Security Agency. This exhibition collected 174 college student entries, including micro-film, micro-animation, micro public service advertisement, sand paintings, and other forms, among which six works ultimately won the outstanding work prize.

A total of four entries were from Tongji University. Students from the College of Arts and Media, College of Architecture and Urban Planning, College of Civil Engineering, and School of Economics Management have created micro-films, covering several parts of overall national security outlook, including ecological security, cultural security, military security, and other aspects. Among them, JIN Xiaolin, PAN Jingyi, YU Zihan and ZHOU Rui, all from the College of Arts and Media, stood out from the 174 entries and won the outstanding work prize for their work: "Meet in Tongji·• Poetize the Wind and Rain."
ZHANG Shiyu, a retired student from the College of Arts and Media as the leading character, the micro-film " Meet in Tongji·• Poetize the Wind and Rain" tells the touching story of her choice to join the army to defend our country and her active participation in the military education of young students after retiring from the army. It showed the actions of contemporary young students in actively practicing the concept of overall national security outlook, actively safeguarding the military security of the country, and vigorously promoting patriotism.
