The 4th “UniRun Shanghai-Run into the Most Charming Campus” (Autumn 2018-Jiading Station) began at the Jiading campus of Tongji University at 9 am on November 24th with the sound of the starting pistol.
The competition contained three events: 3km Healthy Run, 10km Challenge and a Half Marathon, and Team Relay Race. More than 1000 students, faculty, and alumni from universities in Shanghai participated in the competition.
Two teams from Tongji University took part in the student Half Marathon and the Team Relay Race, both winning First Prize with the ranking of first and seventh respectively. In addition, Tongji University also achieved other excellent grades, including first in the alumni group of the Half Marathon and Team Relay Race, third in the Male Student Group, eighth in the Female Student Group and Male Faculty Group (Alumni Group), and sixth in the Female Faculty Group (Alumni Group) in the 10km Challenge Race.
