The Exchange Week themed on culture, knowledge, food and music provided a Sino-German cultural exchange platform for teachers, students and alumni of Tongji University, adding yet another colorful touch to the campus amid the golden fall.

Sino-German Cultural Exchange Week has served as a platform to display the achievements in the cooperation between Tongji University and Germany. Since the establishment of Tongji University 111 years ago, the university has become a gateway to Germany after decades of development through expanding the width and depth in its cooperation and exchanges with Germany. CDHK has been officially accredited as a model project of the Sino-German cooperation in education by the Chinese and German governments for several times since 2014. Ever since its establishment in 1998, CDHK has set up joint programs with leading German universities in four fields of electronics and information engineering, economics and management, mechanical engineering and vehicle engineering; and has made great achievements over the years. During the Exchange Week, the 9th Session of the Steering Committee of Sino-German Faculty of Tongji University and the 20th Session of the Advisory Committee of CDHK along with activities in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of CDHK were held successively.
