On October 15th, the 2017 Public Service Advertisement Contest Training Camp for College Students in Shanghai was held in Tongji University, with Practice Micro-public Welfare with Harmony and Courtesy as the theme. About 100 students from 20 universities, including Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tongji University, East China Normal University, East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai International Studies University, attended the training camp.

At the camp, XIONG Chao, the first Chinese winner of the Golden Lion Award in the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and ZHENG Zhong, the winner of the Golden Tree Award in the 11th UNESCO City of Design (Shenzhen, China) Public Service Advertisement Competition, made reports respectively on Love andSolo and Collaboration Affect the Society, and shared their experience in artistic creation.

During the training, shortlisted advertisements in the first round were then modified and students were divided into nine groups and guided respectively by teachers from the universities and the designers from related industries.
When the contest starts in the near future, some student works will be exhibited in public and displayed on more than 100 bus stops and subways Shanghai. They will also be broadcasted via East Mobile TV.
