Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer in the world. At present, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy are the major treatments, among which targeted therapy has been developing rapidly, especially in recent years. MiRNA plays a key role in regulating the cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and tumorigenesis. Therefore, detection of miRNA is expected to providepatients with more detailed and individual treatment, and miRNA targeted therapy has become one of the focuses of current study.
