On the evening of May 25th, the celebration of Tongji University’s 108thanniversary and the 2015 graduation night of Jiading campus were held in the Jiren Building of the Jiading campus. This evening party opened with the theme of pursuing dreams. Students from the school’s Chorus sangOld School Songin a new ACapella way, which invited all of the audience to experience the long history and immortal memory of Tongji University. TheSwan Goosewas performed by students from the dancing troupe. The Martial Arts and Hanfu Clubs showed this profound Chinese traditional culture. Student representatives and overseas students from Chinese-German and Chinese-Italian Colleges performed the specialLarge China, which expressed their love for Tongji University and China.

The evening party ended withThe Song of Tongjisung by the Chorus. This evening party propagated the idea of a Green Campus and canceled the traditions such as giving out written program lists and light sticks to audiences. Instead, the program was published on e-lists, on the online Wechat platform--Youth Tongji. Theaudience can download the program onto their mobile phones. After the evening party ended, the working staff recycled audiences’Clapping Hands(a kind of toy which is always used to cheer and celebrate by audiences during the program performances, which also promoted the idea of establishing a Green Campus.
