The 3rdInvitational Art Exhibition with the theme of Academism at the Academy, was hosted by the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University, Smokestack Cultural Development Co.,Ltd., and Shanghai University Art Alliance. It was co-organized by Shanghai Oil Painting and Sculpture Institute Art Museum (SPSI Art Museum) and recently inaugurated at SPSI Art Museum. Art teachers HE Wei, YIN Jia, WU Gang, and YU Xingze from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University curated and participated in the exhibition. Teachers from Fudan University, East China Normal University, College of Fine Arts Shanghai University and other five universities exhibited 154 paintings, which showed the achievements of art teachers at universities in Shanghai and also the new trends of academic research.
