On May 22nd, Aalto Product Design Gala was held at Aalto Design Factory. Four students of SFC mission D course were invited to Gala as team members of one joint global U-I project.

Having been working hard for the whole year to complete their design challenges given by industrial companies and other collaborating parties, students exhibited their results and communicated with audience. SFC students participated in a project sponsored by ABB, cooperating with Finnish Team and American Team for a revolutionary project on the hand controller of ABB Azipod. In addition, they were named the most creative team among all the 18 teams.

According to Lee Gamzar, who joined the Product Design Gala, he has really enjoyed the interdisciplinary cooperation making it possible for different people to do what they are good at, which was really rare experience in his professional learning.
