International Students Sports Meeting of Tongji University 2014 was held on the afternoon of Dec. 2nd. Students were asked to apply at their schools to get an entry to the sports meeting. Nearly 120 international students from 8 schools took part in the sports meeting.

The follow-up match was long rope skip, which set a time at two minutes for each team and the three teams that skipped most were to win the match. The team from School of Architecture and Urban Planning got the first place, School of Civil Engineering the second, and Team One from the Medical School and team of Jiading Campus tied for the third place.
A new event known as Fun Steeplechase was designed jointly by the International Student Office, International Department of Student Union and International Student Club. Players had to go through four stops to complete the event. The interesting event was won by the team of Jiading Campus, with School of Architecture and Urban Planning and the united team from schools of Politics and Law as the second and third place.
The match of soccer skills of keepie up and dribbling around the pole was to test the individual ability of players. Team One and Team Two from the Medical School tied for the first place; School of Intercultural Communication got the second place, and School of Civil Engineering the third.
The last match of basketball skills was to test the collaboration among players. School of Intercultural Communication bore the palm. The united team from schools of Politics and Law got the second place, and Team One from the Medical School the third.
The international students enjoyed the sports meeting very much. The sports meeting was held successfully with joint efforts made by the organizing committee, International Department of Student Union and volunteers ofISA.
