A welcome evening party for students of 2014 coupled with a variety show staged by the Art Troupe of Tongji University was held at the university auditorium on 13thOct. 2014. About 3000 teachers and students attended the party and watched the show.
The party, one of a series of activities on Tongji Art Festival 2014, demonstrated the centennial history and culture of the university. Students could feel strongly the artistic atmosphere of the university from the variety show and became a member of Tongji community in an easy and relaxing manner. The party had a theme of Ji • For Potential You in three chapters of Memory of Ji – Retrospectives of a Century , Language of Ji - Campus of Youth and Dream of Ji - Pursuit of Excellence.
