On Jun. 18^th, the College of Civil Engineering (CCE) signed the Agreement for the Dual PhD Program with Clemson University. This is the first Dual Degree in Engineering Tongji University signed with the universities in America. Prof. James R. Martin, head of Glen Department of Civil Engineering, Prof. Hsein JUANG, Glenn Professor of Glenn Department of Civil Engineering, Prof. Yu Xuemei, Director, International Exchange and Cooperation Office of TJU, Prof. Cai Yongjie, Vice Dean of Graduate School of TJU and Prof. Huang Hongwei, Vice Dean of CCE of TJU attended the signing ceremony.
