The 2nd Interdisciplinary Academia Salon was hold by UNEP-Tongji Institute of Environment for Sustainable Development in Zonghe Building on November 7, 2012. Professors and students from School of Environmental Science and Engineering, School of Material Science and Engineering and other schools gathered in Speakers were Prof. Zhang Weixian and Prof. Li Fengting from College of Environmental Science and Engineering. Prof. Zhang made a speech about “Environmental Nanotechnology” and had discussions with participates. Prof. Li talked about “Research and Application of Nano-adsorbent Material” with analysis of prospects of the nanotechnology.
The Interdisciplinary Academic Salon is held on every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.. There will be one or two outstanding teachers making interdisciplinary speeches so as to provide valuable topics, on which teachers and students can discuss in every single time.
