On May 24th, “Swiss Day of Tongji” which was co-organized by International Office of Tongji University and Swissnex, took place on the 7th floor of Zonghe-Building as one of the eight thematic days of “International Cooperation Week”.

During the event, Vice President Wu Zhiqiang and Dr. Flavia Schlegel, Executive Director of Swissnex gave a speech respectively on behalf of the organizers of the event and both expressed the willing to strengthen the cooperation between Tongji and Swiss universities as well as companies. Afterwards, representatives from International Office, Swissnex, Novartis Institutes, ABB and Bern University of Art made presentations for the students successively. At the end of event, all participants watched a documentary movie produced by Prof. Juerg Neuenschwander and enjoyed traditional Swiss food at the mean time.
