On Oct 13, honorary professor Christian Bode, Secretary-General of the former German Academic Exchange Service Center and Vice President of Tongji CDH Council, was invited to give a specific report titled “University Transformation – Review and prospect of the development process of the universities in Germany and Europe” at CDHK.

Started from a motto “University requires constant innovation”, Professor Christian Bode deeply analyzed the practical purpose and implementation of running high education institutions in the current globalization trend. He thought the education and research is the origin of a country’s development, the universities and colleges need to adapt themselves to the changing environment, and focus on global perspective in order to keep the leading position in the technology market.
