On Aug.17th, Executive Vice President Chen Xiaolong and his party came to the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Russia, and visited the Computer and Engineering Center. Chen Xiaolong signed a cooperation memo of sustainable engineering, design and management with Vice President Dmitry Arseniev to promote teachers and students exchanges, research cooperation and etc.

On Aug. 19th, Chen Xiaolong visited the Moscow University of Land Management, and discussed about the cooperation possibility of land management training with the Executive Vice President N.G.Konokotin.
