On the morning of April 18, President Pei Gang and Vice President Dong Qi met with the delegation of Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) led by their Rector Didier Viviers. The two sides introduced their university, exchanged ideas about summer school, student exchange and faculty exchange in the fields of politics and international relations, European studies, law, medicine and life science, engineering, etc., and agreed on the future cooperation of joint master programs given in English.

Afterwards, the delegation visited the two laboratories of College of civil engineering, wind tunnel and shaking table.
